Greyson meets Auntie Terra

My little sister came to visit us in Germany during her short break between semesters! She literally spent every free day traveling or here in Germany! I was so excited for her to visit so we could show her some fun things here & of course - meet Greyson!

Terra & Greyson ready for dinner outside

He was just so excited! :)

Love my little sister!

We hung out at our house for a few days so she could adjust to the time difference. Jet lag can be a real pain in the you-know-what!

Terra tagged along on Greyson's 6 month appointment! She helped me stay calm during his shots since I can get a little emotional watching them happen! And then it was off to Neunkirchen Zoo!!

Greyson sitting on the bouncy elephant play-thing! He was so proud of himself

Greyson got to pet some ponies at the zoo!

Greyson is obsessed with necklaces! Trying to get a picture of them & this is what he wanted to do instead!

Finally one of him looking - except he was mad since she took her necklace off! ha

Next adventure: Rhinestein Castle! We've been to a few castles before this & it was honestly my favorite so far! Many castles are basically ruins & the ones that aren't have most of the castle blocked off. Rhinestein was so open & they had rooms set up like they would have been around the time royals lived in the castle. Plus it is right on the Rhine River & had an amazing view!

Terra & Greyson!

Had to get a picture throwing it up! ;)

Terra & her Rhinestein wine!

German Eiskaffe - coffee with ice cream in it! Greyson wanted it sooo bad!

Last but not least: We ventured to Luxembourg to see the American Military Cemetery. Such a beautiful memorial honoring those who gave their lives during WWII, including those who are still missing! Over 5,000 headstones can be found, including that of General George S. Patton, & 2 monuments with over 320 names of those missing. It was a humbling experience.

It was such an amazing trip & I am so grateful that my sister was able to come & let me share some of our life here with her! Greyson loved meeting his Auntie Terra & spending lots of time with her! Cannot wait until we are able to make a trip back to the states to meet everyone else in his big, crazy family! <3
